DigiVac @ AVS Fall 2025 in Charlotte, NC!
The DigiVac team had an amazing time at AVS Fall 2025, where science met innovation and a whole lot of vacuum enthusiasts came together to share ideas, inspiration, and a few laughs along the way.
From students and professors to seasoned researchers, everyone was buzzing around our booth – and for good reason!
The EXACT Mobile SNAP Cart Stole the Show
The EXACT Mobile SNAP Cart once again proved to be a crowd favorite! Visitors loved how easy it was to move, how clearly it showed flow paths, and how simple it was to see the controller interacting with the valves in real time.
For many attendees, this visibility was a game-changer. Being able to see exactly when and why to activate certain variables made all the difference. The EXACT Mobile SNAP Cart also sparked plenty of conversations around protecting turbos and making vacuum control more intuitive for training and experimentation.
And let’s not forget customization! Attendees were excited to learn that DigiVac has designed four different EXACT Mobile SNAP Cart versions, each tailored to specific lab setups and experimental needs. When it comes to precision science, one size definitely doesn’t fit all.
Alongside the EXACT Mobile SNAP Cart, DigiVac also showcased our SNAP Vacuum Controller, the FYRA, and the Catalyst Kit – which are some of DigiVac’s most popular tools. Attendees got hands-on experience seeing how these tools work to simplify system tuning, enhance data accuracy, and make in-field vacuum optimization easier than ever.
Dual Logging on the TORCH: Data Done Right
Another big highlight was the TORCH, featuring dual logging capabilities, which allows users to log both temperature and vacuum simultaneously. The TORCH is also compatible with both of DigiVac’s SNAP and Fyra vacuum controllers.
What really got people talking, though, was its triple data collection flexibility:
- Direct to internal memory
- Or go old school with printed records
- Export via USB thumb drive
No matter your workflow, TORCH makes it easy to track, trace, and trust your data.
Vacuum Friends & Familiar Faces
One of the best parts of AVS is catching up with our friends across the industry. Big shoutouts to some of the great folks we connected with this year:
- NAVAC – Their HD pump continues to impress our R&D team. It pairs beautifully with the SNAP, and we love how sturdy and reliable it is in daily use.
AGILENT – Huge thanks to Mike from Agilent for stopping by our booth! We talked about how their pumps integrate so seamlessly into DigiVac carts. It’s always a pleasure working alongside a company that values precision as much as we do. - MASSVAC – Always great to see the team! Their Visi-Mist and Midi-Mist pump filters are favorites among vacuum pros.
