The SNAP Vacuum Controller delivers precise vacuum measurement, control, and venting in one integrated system—designed to automate and simplify vacuum processes without compromising flow performance. Featuring a patented dual proportional valve, intuitive controls, and programmable recipes, SNAP provides reliable, repeatable vacuum regulation for laboratory, industrial, and research applications.

External Valve Control (Optional)

Optimize venting and pumpdown speed with Time-Based Vacuum Differential Control:

All vacuum instruments that leave the DigiVac factory are calibrated under real vacuum against a NIST standard. If you would like to have your SNAP Vacuum Controller Calibration Information please add either of the following items to your cart.

  • NIST Calibration
    • Vacuum Gauge or Vacuum Controller NIST Calibration with traceable data, which ensures that vacuum measurement readings are accurate. NIST calibration is recommended on an annual basis.
    • NIST calibration involves using a higher accuracy vacuum gauge calibrated by an A2LA certified lab to the vacuum gauge being tested.
  • Calibration without Documentation
    • Controller or Gauge Calibration without Data (no documentation is provided). DigiVac recommends yearly calibration of your vacuum gauge or controller.
