StrataVac Multi-Gauge Vacuum Controller | Modular, High-Precision Vacuum Measurement & Control System
The StrataVac Multi-Gauge Vacuum Controller is a highly configurable, modular vacuum measurement gauge and controller designed for precision applications requiring reliable multi-sensor integration and advanced process control with variety of compatible valves.
Engineered for flexibility, StrataVac can simultaneously read and control up to three vacuum sensors and 2 valves simultaneously using expandable driver boards. The sensor boards are compatible with Pirani, Capacitance Manometer, Cold Cathode, Wide Range and Thermocouple gauges. When paired with 2 capacitance manometers the StratVac can combine the two readings into one to expand the range for direct measurement up to 4 decades.
With WiFi option the StratVac an be used to view graph and plot historical data with VacuumNetwork.org, and as a vacuum transmitter to cloud-based services
Optional Vacuum Level Control (VLC)
The optional VLC feature provides precise upstream vacuum control by regulating atmospheric bleed into the system, similar to freeze dryer operation principles. PID control parameters allow users to fine-tune system response and stability. (Valves sold separately.) It versability enables vacuum control from 10mT – 760T using a bleed or throttle valve.
