Standard Plan
All DigiVac products include the Standard offering as the baseline level of support. This includes a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Evaluation services are available at a fixed fee, and return labels are provided when applicable. This option does not include exchange unit coverage during evaluation, making it best suited for customers with less time-sensitive applications or lower service demands.
From a service perspective, standard pricing applies across repairs, cleaning, and NIST calibrations, with typical lead times of 3–4 weeks. Technical support is available on an as-needed, fee-based basis, including phone, onsite, and documentation support billed at standard hourly rates. This offering is ideal for customers seeking reliable core support on an as needed basis and without additional service enhancements or bundled benefits.

Service Offer Tiers
DigiVac along side of our standard warranty policy now offers 3 additional service tiers to add to your DigiVac products based on your process needs. Rough, Medium, and High Vacuum tiers provides extended product warranties and a variety of discounted or complimentary services based on the desired package.
Rough Vacuum
The Rough tier provides an extended three-year warranty with coverage for manufacturing defects, making it a cost-effective upgrade from the standard offering. Evaluation fees remain fixed, and while exchange units are not covered during evaluation, return labels are provided. This tier maintains a practical balance between affordability and extended protection for customers operating in less demanding environments.
From a service standpoint, the Rough tier includes modest discounts on NIST calibrations (15% off annual calibrations) while keeping cleaning and repair services at standard rates. Lead times remain consistent at 3–4 weeks, and technical support is available on a pay-per-use basis, including phone, onsite, and documentation support. This tier is ideal for customers looking for longer warranty coverage without significantly increasing costs.
Medium Vacuum
The Medium tier builds on the Rough tier by introducing added service value and faster turnaround times. It includes a three-year warranty with exchange unit coverage during evaluation and return labels once an exchange unit is issued. Evaluation fees are discounted by 5%, and replacement parts for repairs are also reduced by 5%, helping to lower overall maintenance costs.
Operational efficiency is improved with reduced lead times of approximately two weeks, along with 25% discounted annual NIST calibrations and free unit cleanings. This tier also introduces bundled technical support, including five hours of phone support, 2 additional documental resources such as custom wiring guides or operation or installtion manuals, and discounted rate for onsite services. The Medium tier is well-suited for customers seeking a balance between cost, service responsiveness, and enhanced overall value.
High Vacuum
The High tier is a comprehensive, premium service package designed for maximum uptime and minimal operational disruption. It includes a five-year warranty with full coverage, including exchange units during evaluation and free return labels. Evaluation fees are waived entirely, and repair services include free parts repair and replacement, significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs.
This tier offers the highest level of service efficiency, including expedited one-week turnaround times, free annual NIST calibrations, and complimentary unit cleanings. Technical support is fully integrated, with included 10 hours of phone support, a full day of onsite support, and unlimited documentation assistance. The High tier is ideal for critical applications where performance, speed, and reliability are top priorities.
